Speed & Power: Schedule your Acceleration Training Sessions in Fontana or Glendora by booking through the Body By Legends App on your IPhone or Android Device. Members can train twice weekly at either location

Arm-Care: We will begin reviewing report cards for the pitches submitted through Mustard and testing our players monthly. At-Home Arm-Care Programs will be made available.
